How to Cook Caramel Pudding

Caramel pudding is one of my favorite dessert and its very easy to make. Today, I am going to teach how to cook a caramel pudding!!
Lets start with the ingredients, first we need to have 4 cups of milk, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of butter, 4 eggs and make sure that you separate the egg  yolk and the egg white. Then, 1 cup of granulated  sugar and lastly 1/4 cup of cornstarch or you can use custard flour.
Boil the brown sugar with the milk on a low temperature and keep stirring. Then, beat egg yolk and starch together in a big bowl and put butter to it. Add it to the first mixture, cook and keep stirring until the mixture become thick. On the another pan, heat 1/2 cup of sugar with 1 tablespoon of water in a pan until it melts and turns golden brown. Pour this caramelized sugar into the pudding cups and keep aside to cool. Once the caramel is ready, put the pudding mixture on the top of the caramel and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. It is ready to serve when it become cool.  yummy..yummy...
